After years of successfully sending and training teams and international players to the heart of Dominican Baseball, Boca Chica, Nathan Trosky and Georg Bull of Deutsche Baseball Akademie have partnered up and founded an exciting new Baseball Academy: TroskyBull S.R.L. Academy – Boca Chica, DR.
Additional shareholders include Seattle Mariners Scout, William Wurch of San Diego. Located in a charming house near the beach and all major hotels in the neighborhood of Los Coquitos, Boca Chica, TroskyBull will offer a training and development plan unlike any other Dominican academy.
Key features of TroskyBull S.R.L. will include:
- Large backyard with batting cage, infield diamond dust area, nets, weights, and assorted training equipment
- Two professional in house Coaches / Trainers
- An experienced full time Cook / House Manager (including 3 meals per day)
- Max of 6 players at the house at one time
- Morning beach training
- Daily training at Juan Alberto Ozoria Baseball Field
- Spanish classes/ English classes
- Gym and strength training sessions
- Game days with players from various areas
Based on the experience and knowledge from Dominican baseball, Trosky Baseball, and Deutsche Baseball Akademie, these different baseball worlds will meet in one incredible program. Young and promising Dominican players will live and train with American and European players under one roof.
Knowing that around 50% of all Minor League baseball players hail from the Dominican Republic, American and European players will have the opportunity to experience the style and training techniques straight from the source, while Dominican prospects can get a head start and receive exposure to the American baseball culture before ever stepping foot into the US.
American and European players can sign up for any length of time with no required end date. Training in the heart of Dominican baseball, surrounded by the beautiful beaches and culture of Boca Chica, is an experience no player should pass up!
