In Boca Chica, Dominican Republic, about 20 MLB organizations operate their Latin American academies. Each academy with up to 70 players from all over Latin America. Here is where everybody lives and breathes baseball like nowhere else on earth and here is where we have come up with this vision and philosophy:

Let’s create a unique blend of three styles and three different but very successful baseball programs: Trosky Baseball of Area Code fame, German Deutsche Baseball Akademie (European U 15 champions), and Professional Dominican Baseball. Young American, European, and Dominican players live and train together. They feed off each other and learn their different lifestyles; a process which benefits each player tremendously.

Baseball is an international game, let´s live it under one roof.

If you happen to sign a professional contract as an American player, you will meet a lot of Dominicans and European players in Rookie ball. Wouldn´t it be great to already know some Spanish or to have an idea where these young Caribbean men came from? It is a big advantage and a mutual advantage. if you are a young Spanish speaking boy from the Island or Venezuela or Panama wouldn´t it be a great benefit for your career to have lived with gringos from the USA and Europe? Wouldn’t it be great to have experience with English and be familiar with the gringo ways?

And even if you don´t go the professional path, living your passion for the great game of baseball for weeks or months together with players from other cultures will be of incredible value in whatever you might do later in life.
